Prenzler Group is an Australian private equity and capital market services firm. We seek private equity, pre-IPO, IPO and ASX listed investment opportunities. Prenzler Group provide our investments with ongoing financial and management support from our extensive networks in the corporate community.

Prenzler Group provide advice to corporate investment clients in relation to funding rounds, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, recapitalisation and advanced financing transactions. Prenzler Group also provide a range of capital market services to Institutional, Family Office and HNW clients regarding direct investments.

Joel was previously an investment manager at Australia’s largest national full-service retail wealth management firm. He has worked in investment banking both domestically and internationally for over 15 years, investing across a range of sectors including energy, resources, technology and industrials. Mr Fishlock has advised numerous Australian and international companies at a listed director level and as a corporate adviser, completing private equity rounds, through to IPO and advanced company  development funding. Mr Fishlock is also currently a founding director of the investment company Keeltin Partners. 

Jonathon Feil was previously a Fund Manager at the ASX listed investment fund, CVC Ltd. Prior to CVC Mr Feil worked on the sell side at Australia’s largest national full-service retail  wealth management firm. The mix of buy and sell side for over 15 years has provided unique experience in identifying, funding and managing a range of Australian and international companies. These include early stage seed capital, private equity and initial public offerings, across a range of sectors including technology, agriculture and resource investments.

Steve brings over 10 years experience in stockbroking and corporate activity with a particular focus on small to mid-cap companies in the resources, energy and tech sectors. Steve was previously a member of the institutional sales team at a Perth & Sydney based advisory firm - servicing domestic and Asian institutions, family offices and high-net worth individuals. Prior to this Steve held a role at Morgans Financial where he was responsible for a range of capital initiatives and portfolio management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia and has further qualifications in margin lending and superannuation.

Tim brings 8 years of experience in the finance sector with extensive networks in the equity markets in Australia and abroad,  Tim started his career in financial PR and was instrumental in building Stocks Digitals business in the UK. Tim is a board member of several ASX listed and unlisted companies and has advised on a number of successful ASX IPO, RTO, and project acquisitions, specialising in sub $100m Mkt cap range.  Tim is also a former professional cricketer that has represented NSW, WA and Australia.

Beau was previously a Senior Adviser at a Sydney based boutique wealth management firm, specialising in securities trading and corporate advisory services. Prior to this, Beau worked as a Senior Accountant in Assurance for a Big-4 accounting firm. With over 15 years financial experience, Beau is uniquely positioned to provide high-net wealth clients with a wide range of offerings – from seed capital through to secondary listed placements. Beau holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.

Michael brings over 15 years experience in the finance and stockbroking industry with a particular focus on small to mid-cap companies in the resources sectors.

Specialising as a Private Client Investment Adviser where he has worked with High-Net-Worth individuals and wholesale clients providing early staged seed capital, private equity, Initial Public Offerings, and secondary listed placements. This also includes corporate advisory services to ASX listed firms.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Finance from the University of Notre Dame Australia.

Prior to working in finance, Michael served in the Australian Defence Force for 10 years.
